The Outlet Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to redefining how we talk about mental health by creating safe, relatable, and engaging spaces where people feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
Through storytelling, digital content, community experiences, educational programming, and strategic partnerships, we are working to reduce stigma, encourage healing, and make mental health conversations more accessible for everyone.
Our work focuses on serving individuals and communities that have historically been underserved while creating environments where vulnerability is welcomed and authentic connection can thrive.

Adrian Wilson
Adrian Wilson is the Founder and CEO of The Outlet Project, a nonprofit dedicated to creating intentional spaces where healing, honest conversation, and community can exist together. His passion for mental health advocacy is deeply personal.
For years, Adrian silently battled depression and periods where he felt disconnected from himself and the world around him. Through his healing journey, he discovered the power of community, vulnerability, therapy, and supportive spaces where people can openly discuss mental health without fear of judgment.
Rather than allowing his story to end in pain, Adrian chose to transform his experiences into purpose built on a simple belief: no one should have to navigate their healing journey alone.
